Impact Assessment for Energy

Hi,
Creating an LCA for a tidal energy plant and would like to calculate embodied energy associated with such. I am using version 1.4 and have downloaded the free databases from nexus. I have the impact categories which were included with them.

Hi Again,
Just read my post, I suppose I wasn't really clear on my question, which is this. Which of the impact categories if any, is best at calculating the embodied energy for a product system? Carbon seems to be straight forward enough but energy less so!
