bug (1.4.2, OS X) name changes not reflected in tabs

Andreas, would you prefer bugs to be reported in the forum or on sourceforge? The latest bug report there is from 2013, so it seems this might be the better approach.
I added several flows and processes and decided to change their names. The name changes appeared in the navigator on the left, but not in the tabs above. There were also some stale names in various info panels that seem to be corrected by quitting and restarting OpenLCA. Seems like a caching issue...
