Extracting data from EPDs

Hi,
I would like to create datasets from available EPD information. I have attached an example EPD that I would like to use to do so.
I am unsure if the "emissions to air/water/soil" has already included the effects of the fuel inputs e.g. "coal, brown", "coal, hard", "crude oil" and "natural gas" or not?
So when I create this as a process, should I assign the fuel inputs with product flows that includes the related data (which will add on to the accumulated impacts) or should I leave them out for doing the LCIA?
