Hello, this is of course possible (and that's what a product system is about, a model of a supply chain). You could check the example case studies here: http://www.openlca.org/learnmore.

Hi,
I will model a supply chain for lca study of textile process. I may need to make my own database. Please let me know how can I make my own database with my own data from literature or lab experiment.

Hi,

then maybe the cotton case study could be interesting for you, it is available here: http://www.openlca.org/case_studies. We also provide a database for this study, both for students and for teachers, the latter with the solution.

Of course it is possible to create own data sets from measurements, literature, and other sources. A full, consistent database is probably not so easy to make but certainly worthwhile. If you have further questions, maybe best is to contact us directly.

Best wishes,
Andreas
