An unexspected error Occurred

Hi...my name is Dimitri, i've a problem...when i create a product system and make a "x->Y calculate"...at the end of charging... appears on my window in the bottom left where it says :" An unexpected error occurred,see the long file for further information"....what does it mean?

Hi Dimitri,
please check the log (not long..) file to be sure. It is in your user directory, in the folder "openlca-data-1.4"

. Latest entries are in the end of the file. Errors are shown in red.
A possible reason is that you have created a system that cannot be calculated, e.g. if there are isolated, unconnected processes in the model graph. You can check this also before the calculation, in the product system, in tab "Statistics":
