incomplete Impact 2002+ (midpoint) methodology

Hi,
I would like to use the IMPACT2002+ methodology for LCIA, however I can only obtain "aquatic eutrophication" and "aquatic acidification" as midpoint categories, despite the IMPACT 2002+ contains at least 15 midpoint categories.
I guess that is because respiratory effects, photochemical oxidation, ionizing radiation, ozone layer depletion, terrestrial acidification/nutrification, land use occupation, and mineral extraction are obtained from Eco-indicator 99 and for climate change, the IPCC Global Warming Potentials (IPCC 2001).
I read somewere that one of the solution is two run all the three methodology but this is not very convenient. Moreover, the Eco-indicator method is given at a nomalization point and I would like to get result at midpoint, without normalization.
I would like to know if it exists somewere a complete .xml file of the Impact 2002+ methodology?
If not, how can I create this complete methdology? (I tried to modify the initial method, but it is too fastidious and I can't find how to copy the impact factor from other methodologies)
Thanks for your help!
