How to save product system as process

Hallo everybody,
I would like save a product system as a proces to use easier in other product systems and at the impact assessment.
In the guideline a description was found: you have to let calculate the product system and the calculated system can be saved via the "save as..." function in file menü as "LCI process", but this function never become active.
Do I something wrong or gives an error?
