Convert impact characterization method file formats

Hello,
I just edited this topic.
Are there any existing solutions to convert a Simapro-CSV file containing a method, into an OpenLCA compatible EcoSpold file format?
Solutions such as proposed by the EcoInvent's EcoEditor and the OpenLCA seem to concern only processes, not methods :-/
