Importing ELCD into OpenLCA database

Hi, Downloaded ELCD from JRC...attempting to import into OpenLCA, what would be the proper order to import the assorted directories in? I've tried a number of ways-no luck.
If ecospold format is chosen for the import-the directory structure will open, but, after selecting all of the records, nothing is imported. If ILCD is chosen, the import gets hung up.
The import gets hung up on searching for a flow property, or, does nothing at all. Any suggestions appreciated! Rebecca

Hi, this seems a popular topic -
import the ELCD database from nexus since the original contains some errors (missing data sets), then import as nexus file.
Cheers
Andreas

Hmmm....Downloading ELCD.nexuspack from the nexus site. How is a .nexuspack file "unpacked"? Do I have to upgrade from v1.2 of OLCA to v1.3 to import a nexus file? The only import options that are in the menu are ecospold or ilcd.... I'm obviously missing something!! Thanks for all your help! Rebecca

Hi, can you maybe be more specific - what did you do, what didn't work?
Thanks!

How is a .nexuspack file "unpacked"
: Import it with the nexus plugin in openLCA, see the wiki documentation, here: http://openlca.org/documentation/index. ... in_openLCA.
This is needed only for the 1.3.4 version, for 1.4 you can import the zolca file.
