Ecoinvent 2 and Ecoinvent 3 - Different results

Dear all,
I performed simulations for Biogas production in the Ecoinvent 2.2 and 3.1 databases. I find substantial difference in results. Main differences are in the impact categories "Terrestrial ecotoxicity" and "Freshwater aquatic ecotoxicity".
In Ecoinvent 2.2 I used the process called "biogas, from biowaste, at storage", which has biogas as output.
In Ecoinvent 3.1 I used the process called "treatment of manure and biowaste by anaerobic digestion", which reference flow is "biowaste" (-1 kg), and which has biogas as negative inflow (-0.211 m3).
