target invocation failed

Post by speneder » 03 Jun 2013 22:30

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

Every time I want to calculate the impact of a certain product system I get the error message "Target invocation failed". A similar product system is working properly. What kind of error is this and how can I track it down? Thanks for your help!

Stefan

PS: Here´s the whole log message (don´t know if that is important):

Hi Stefan,
this error occurs if there is not sufficient memory available, i.e. if you have a very large product system. On 64bit systems, you can increase the memory allocated to openLCA (depending on the memory available overall of course), as described here: http://openlca.org/documentation/index. ... allocation.
Hth,
Andreas

Just a reminder that if you have installed for a single user then the .ini file will be under a different location than the wiki shows. On Windows 7 this is C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\openLCA. AppData is a hidden folder. On Windows XP it is also in a hidden folder somewhere under your user folder in Documents and Settings.
