It could be, but I evaluated the same functional unit, 1 kg of material. I don't understand why because with other databases there is not any problem. I attached again the results received as an example.
Thank you very much!

Re: LCIA results
Hi, I checked more examples of the data collected in "case study pet vs alu empty" and the same occurs. Maybe I am doing something wrong but I have problems only with this database. Creating a Project and calculating any impact, the results received are different from the calculation of a Product Sy...

Re: LCIA results
Yes, the results are not the same. The study incorporates many processes from various databases and It only occurs with the process Anode, at plant which I found in the case of study "pet vs alu empty". I calculate the GWP of the product system and I receive one value of kg CO2 eq, I create a Projec...

LCIA results
Hi, I have some doubts about the LCIA results I obtained. I calculate the environmental impacts of "P" product system with CML Baseline. I create a project of that product system "P" and I calculate again the results with the same impact assessment method (CML baseline). The results differ to each o...

Re: Data from the literature
Thank you very much, I achieved what I wanted. Creating a new process in which I add an elementary flow (carbon dioxide) with de data of emissions. I checked the results of the GWP of the product and are correct.

Data from the literature
Hi! I need to asses the global warming potential of a product. In the database there is not all the flows I need so I found in the literature more data, but I don't know how to add it. I have the value of the GWP of each material (kg CO2 eq/kg material), and the mass, for example: potassium hydroxid...

Re: Import data created by yourself
I think I learnt how to create process and product system but I do not have clear how to add a new element to the database with the value of CO2 emissions, sorry because I am a new user of openLCA. For example, I need to add this: Zinc oxide with the data GWP=2.68 kg CO2 eq/kg material. When I creat...

Re: Import data created by yourself
Okey, I am trying to do it, so when I create a new flow, in reference flow property I should choose Global Warming Potential and then insert the data, right? This way I can add more process and flows knowing the CO2 emissions. Is it correct?
Thank you very much!

Re: Import data created by yourself
Hi!
I think I have a similar problem, I need to asses the global warming potential of a product. The databases available do not content all the process involved so I want to add new flows with their value of CO2 emissions that I found in the literature.
How could I do it?
Thanks in advanced
